Personal Data Controller and Data Subject

The controller of personal data is the company operating this website and reservation service.

The data subject is a natural person who has provided the controller with their personal data based on a lease agreement, purchase agreement, service agreement, or another contract concluded with the controller, or based on consent to the processing of personal data when subscribing to newsletters sent by the controller. The data subject may also be a natural person whose personal data the controller has obtained from other lawful sources.

Scope of Personal Data Processing

The controller processes personal data to the extent provided by data subjects or to the extent obtained from other lawful sources. This includes: name, surname, date of birth, residence, place of business, identification number, tax identification number, credit card number, email, telephone, and signature.

Purpose of Processing, General Consent

The controller processes personal data of data subjects for the purpose of fulfilling a contract concluded between the data subject and the controller, through remote electronic communication or in written form, for compliance with legal obligations, and for direct marketing purposes (i.e. offering products and services of the controller), including sending commercial messages in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services. Commercial messages are sent only if the data subject has subscribed to newsletters and has given separate consent to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes.

The controller is committed to protecting the privacy of data subjects and processes only personal data that is strictly necessary for the defined purposes.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for processing data for direct marketing purposes is the data subject’s consent (newsletter subscription) or the legitimate interest of the controller (obtaining an electronic contact in connection with the sale of a product or service, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll.).

In other cases, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract, protection of the legitimate interests of the controller (e.g. property protection, legal claims enforcement), or compliance with legal obligations.

Retention Period of Personal Data

For personal data processed to fulfil a contract, the controller retains data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for an additional 10 years, considering limitation periods for damage or loss claims. For processing required by law, data is kept for the period specified by the applicable legal regulations. For data processed based on consent, it is kept for 10 years unless the consent is withdrawn earlier. This does not affect the controller’s obligation to process personal data for periods stipulated by or in accordance with legal regulations.

Withdrawal of Consent

If a data subject has granted the controller consent to process their personal data, they may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. It also does not affect processing based on other legal grounds (e.g. contract performance, legal obligation, or other reasons under applicable laws).

Personal data may be accessed by the controller and, where applicable, by third-party recipients who provide appropriate safeguards, comply with applicable laws, and ensure adequate protection of data subjects’ rights.
